Stubb’s Hickory Liquid Smoke sauce. Smoke in a bottle! It gives your grill the authentic sweet walnut flavor without the need to fill the house with smoke, you can add it to both meat and fish.

Ingredients: Water, soy sauce (water, soy , salt, sugar), sugar, salt, distilled vinegar, coloring (E150d), natural aroma of walnut smoke (10%), dehydrated onion, garlic powder.

Nutritional information per 100g : Energy Value: 139.912kJ / 33.44kcal, Fats: 0.004g, of which saturated: 0.003g, Carbohydrates: 7.39g, of which sugars 4.233g, Proteins: 1.08g, Salt: 1.83 g.

How to use: mix 30-60ml of sauce in 1L (kg) of marinade, or add 1 or 2 drops directly to meat (450gr) while cooking.
